Are bb codes, html or css enabled for profiles? If not, are there any plans?

I'd like the option to bold/italic/underline some text on my profile

They are not enabled. Whether there are any plans, I know not.

A long time ago by code was enabled on profiles and their where some pretty good ones as well but because it wasn't widely used and some security issues admin decided to remove it.

I for one think it should be enabled as it makes things look better instead of plain old black and white
