How to delete a post from a forum

I travelled abroad and posted in a forum i can't seem to delete what i posted in the forum as i have since returned and no longer in that country.

In your absence we left the EU so the other country have probably shut down British access to foreign websites

You only get 5 mins to delete posts.

I wouldn't worry about it. That forum is hardly the most active on here.
