Snapchat photos

Are we not allowed to add Snapchat photos now? Cause a recent pic of mine that was uploaded just got rejected as a screenshot when it's cleary from Snapchat?

I've emailed Admin but this is silly since I've uploaded several Snapchat shots before and ones on topfabbed
