Contact admin regarding a profile

Is it possible to contact admin regarding a profile, after the user has blocked me?

Even if the person has blocked you, you can still access the "Report User" button on their profile.

It isn't advisable to use the contact button for this, but you can still report a blocked user from the blue menu to the left of the profile or from a PM
