Can we cam on a phone? We want to show people what we get up to from our phones any helpers?

Nope, only view the cams.

Think I read somewhere that if you use the puffin browser you can, but not 100% on that as I have never tried it myself.

So what can we stream cam off? Laptops and computers only with a webcam?

Yes, laptops/PCs allow cams on site here.
