Last evening (around 20.40 I think) I tried to set up a £5 support fee for a friend. The £5 was taken from my account but there was no response from Fab, no code, nuffin.

Could you investigate please?

For anything to do with upgrading you need to contact Admin directly. Best way is to use the CONTACT link. Its on the blue strip at the bottom of the page on the desktop
