Text to extend pass

The text number to extend our pass does not work on either of our phones ( we have always done this in the past ). I messaged site help already. Any ideas ?

Have you tried phoning your mobile service provider? They may have introduced an automatic bar on premium-rate texts/calls unless you phone to confirm you wish to opt in.

Interestingly it was only reading a thread below that I discovered we've been texting the wrong number for the past two years

It still works though.

Well depends if your pay as you go, which you would have to have enough credit on

If your monthly then maybe your service provider has a block on premium numbers

give your service provider a call
