Problem in cam rooms

We have a big problem with cam rooms,where when fabbers click on our name it tells them we are no longer on the site. We have mailed admin with no reply on several occasions. We are site supporters but don't seem to get any site support back. Can any of you wonderful fabbers help us. We have checked all filters and there all turned on (the ones we want on).
