You mean you think someone else is piggy-backing on your wifi? Or that someone else used your wifi to set up their account? I think the site admins know the set-up IP addresses used, but it's unlikely that they will share that with you. You could ask them, from the Contact button.

Log into your router (google the type for the default password often its just admin admin) and it will show a list of connected devices
