i had seen some people having problems upgrading through the network of 02, if this does happen and your adult settings need changed you can ring o2 on 4445 and do it by creditcard they will remove £1 from your card and add it to your phone credit, if you dont have a creditcard you can call into your local store and ask them to open your phone to adult services aslso bring photo ID

hope that helps anyone who is unsure about how to go about getting there phone sorted
