Hi, i'm a paid, verified member, I've never posted abuse or anything like that, just wondered why I can't use the chat-room? can anyone help?

Best thing to do is use the contact link below to ask Admin, though I think you normally receive a message, explaining why you've been banned from chat.

Abuse is not the only thing you can be banned for. Ask Admin from the contact button to review for you
