I'm on an iPhone 6 and can't work out how to get a sound alert when messages are sent to me through the site. Can anyone help please?

You Dont Need to Know, right now

I don't think anyone gets a sound alert FROM FAB, when messages are sent to them on Fab. However, where people have set up their email notifications in Fab, they may get a sound alert FROM THEIR EMAIL PROVIDER, when they receive any new email (including a new email from Fab). Maybe they are misunderstanding and assuming the sound alert comes direct from Fab?

We can send alerts direct to android phones but not iphones yet. You'd need to turn on mail notifications to your email

... not iPhones yet. Sounds promising, we look forward to this enhancement. If it's possible, a choice of alert types would be great.
