FabSwingers.com forum: partner unable to set up her own account

Me and my partner are no longer swinging together however you are not letting her set up and account has our account was set up on this ip address I think. I do think this rule is a little silly has friends of mine in the past are unable to join as they live in house shares. Anyway are you able to allow my partner to have her account verified she sent the photo and it is off a different email then here

I don't think that you'll be blocked from creating another account from the same IP Address as many couples have an account each for using in Chat. Is she trying to use the same email address as was previously used?

Best advice would be to contact Admin using the contact link below.

Yeah ive made several accounts from this ip address, you just need a new email address

All you need is a brand new email address and I think fab now requires returning/new profiles from the same ip address being photo veried before the account will be activated.

Just re-read your OP, and I'm a bit confused! You say "not letting her set up an account", but she couldn't send a photo if she didn't have an account. Can you clarify what the problem is?
