FabSwingers.com forum: Turning on Who's Near

When I try to turn on my 'who's near' feature, I get a message saying my phone won't allow it. I've got nothing barred on the phone's settings and the instructions given by Fab don't help as the menu 'dots' that they say are on the bottom of my screen aren't there!

Not a major problem...just wondered if anyone else has the same problem? (Phone's a Samsung Galaxy A3).
