new profile

some friends have tried to setup a profile and all is well until they get to the 'Pending Approval' point it's been like this for 2 months. there is nothing wrong with the info that they have entered it's just not going anyfurther......can anyone help? have tried to contact fab but to no avail or reply

please help!!!

If they tried to use the same email address as an existing profile we dont think it will work
