verification of email

Hi I am still having problems with my e-mail account I have gone from couple's profile to single profile, this has been going on for about month and a half and still having problems i have sent another message to admin and still not had response or any communication to rectify my problem, if any one can help i would welcome the help.

Still experiencing problems with my email account its saying that it has not been verified, is there anything i have done wrong that i don't know about as getting frustrated over this now please is there anyone who can help, if this carries on i wont be able to get emails of people.

When you set up your account, you will have had an email from site admins, with a message to say 'click here to verify email address'. It is important to do that step, in case you ever need to reset your password. Check back in your email account (deleted items and junk) to see if that email is still there, and follow the instructions to validate your email address. Then your email notifications should start coming through.

If you don't still have that email, try changing your email address that your Fab account links to, and see if that generates a new email to validate your new email address. If it doesn't, then only the site admins will be able to help you.

Also, check your Spam or Junk folders of your email system, in case they have ended up there.

If you're checking emails via an actual app or computer program, it's sometimes possible that the Spam/Junk folder doesn't show, so use the web browser to go to the website which handles your email and log in that way.

Sorry late in replying to your comments thanks for the advice i will check out both and see what happens as this has been on going since i changed my profile in February/March
