Same issue here. Posted the same topic a couple of weeks ago. No one seems to know the answer. Sent a couple of messages to the mods re the issue but they are not getting back to me

Are you using chrome and have you blocked popups/confirmations from the site?

If so, clear data/cookies/history or try another browser

(We'll re-engineer how this works because a lot of people do it by accident)

Thanks for that reply. I am accessing the site via an iPhone using Firefox app. Looks like that may be the issue! Tried it on the safari browser and it appears to work ok.
