I verified a couple of people recently yet those concerned did not receive it. How come?

I understand the concept of showing verifications. That is how I know what I sent has disappeared into cyber space

You either used the same connection in which case I don't think you can now send one at all or you are outside of their filters which you could ask them to change to allow it.
