You're verified as a single male. Therefore, I don't think the admins will change your profile to a couple's profile, as you would then appear to be a verified couple.... which you're not.

You need to start a new couple's profile.

All you need is a new email address so you may as well just start a couples profile, you can hide this one if you want.

If you want a new profile...then as above advice.

If you want to change current profile to couple....then report your own profile to admin using the report button!

Contact admin ,they can do it. make it clear in your profile that you're a couple and ask friends to report you to admin saying you're a couple x

Just click on the Contact link at the bottom of the pages here , Admin will look into it for you

Although looking at your profile I'm not sure they would change it with all the veris on your profile as a couple
