FabSwingers.com forum: Blocked

If I've blocked someone, why can they still see me on the forum? I've generally blocked someone for a reason, either because they are rude or because I've met them socially & their profile doesn't match their persona. I don't want any contact with these people so why can they see me still? Wish there was a way to block them completely.

I can understand that. But surely I have a right to use the forum too, and if someone, male or female is obnoxious & disrespectful, then if I block them they shouldn't have a right to follow what I write?

They can see what you write in the forums but they aren't allowed to use the forums to get around the block and get in contact with you, if they do report them.

Ah ok, I didn't know this. I know there are a few guys on here who I have blocked & reported, yet nothing seems to have been done about them. I don't want them following things I'm posting.

If I see any of them, i'll report again, thank you,

Them just posting on the forum is not against rules, even if they quote you.

If they ask you to unblock or harrass you about it on the forum then that is.

I don't think it works like that , you won't be able to report them if you see them in the forums or in a thread your contributing in

Well ok you can report them but don't think admin will take any action unless they are messaging you in a thread in an attempt to get round the block , if you understand what I mean ?

I think if everyone in the forums posts could not be seen by the people they blocked or they could not see a person they blocked forums messages it would make a lot of the forum posts some even more illegible then they are now

It just wouldn't work

If you write on a public forum expect everyone to be able to read what you write. Just like if you wrote on a wall outside everyone including stalkers will see what you have written...
