Verification problem?

I told a friend about this site, he set up a profile, used it for a few days and now he's getting zero response when it comes to photo verification? Locked out of his profile or something and has sent the pic 3 times he says. Any ideas? Feel like a jerk for telling him to come here and have this happen

I'm having the same issue.

The wife wanted to set up a profile for her to use and when we tried tonight to get photo verified it keeps saying not accepting upgrades and can't do email upgrade aswell

she tried messaging me but nothing came through not even the wink she sent

Can anyone help
