Account changed to single male

Hi, we joined as a couple quite some time ago, but my account has been changed to a single males account?? We've even been photo verified as a couple

how/who can change our account back to a couples profile? I know the easiest option would be to make a new couples profile, but I've just upgraded our membership...

Only Admin can change your account use the CONTACT link at the bottom of the home page.

The profile wording reads more like a single male(albeit with a fb) than a couples profile.
