Cams not showing

We have posted this in the site help forum as well but maybe someone here can assist.

We see the cam icons and when we click on one the nick appears in the bottom left but the cam never appears. They used to show no bother and as far as we know nothing has changed on the computer.

Suggestions please?

Turned out to be a Chrome issue, so solved by using Firefox

Would love a little help myself, have been off site for a while and re-joined again yesterday, tried to set my cam up for chat but it now does not come on. It does everything as normal but after "allowing" access and closing the window it just shows a blank view of "nothing". It shows on my name in "rooms" that I have a cam but it just is not working in room? Tried in chrome but dont even get option to activate cam? It works fine on my system so it obviously works? Any help please?
