Uploading pics.

Can anyone advise me the best way to upload pics to here, sometimes it works,sometimes not, usually says file to big,how can it be if sometimes it works, trying it on Android phone.

I used to have trouble uploading pics when I had a android phone. Try logging out, closing the page then re open it and log back in.
