Changing preferences on profile

Trying to change a preference, but when I try to save it, a message keeps coming up saying I have to input the first half of my postcode. I do this, but it doesn't accept it?

Help please.

this happens to me.. have no idea why though.. it didn't when i tried to change something on a lap top though.. so i guess it's mobile phone related somehow

try a different postcode see if that changes

Apologies, just noticed that I've posted this in the wrong place.

I've tried changing the postcode to about 6 different one's but still no joy.

It's a glitch on the mobile site. Try using a laptop or computer.

Try clearing your cookies,cache and browser history,see if that helps

Thanks for the replies so far.

I've tried using the desktop site, but still from my phone, still no joy.

Unfortunately I don't have access to a pc,or at least one I can risk accessing fab from!
