Unable to send winks all of a sudden, what can I do to re-install?

Yes, the whole wink facility has stopped working, tried logging out the back in, still no joy!

You cant rewink someone if you have in the past and if they haven't deleted could it be that

Have tried to send winks to friends who I haven't sent winks to before, no joy! Its as if the wink facility has been switched off but can't find a way to switch back on.

I can still receive winks though
