Can someone explain how the same pic that was on my singles profile has been refused but accepted on our couples profile?

Without knowing what the pic was all we can do is assume it broke the site rules. In your circumstance of having three profiles (2 singles and a couples) was the pic rejected as it was off a couple where both people were identifiable?

If so then it wouldn't be allowed on a single profile (even if you also have a couples profile).
