Hi i recently tried to pay to be a supporter.after doing it i realised i didnt have enough cash on my fone.when i did have money on my fone i tried again and was successful but after that you charged me to the same phone for the original text.so i have paid double.is there any way you can put this right even if its just to extent my membership.thanks.

You Dont Need to Know, right now

If you've had two charges, you should have two separate PIN numbers. Just key each PIN in, separately, and it will extend your membership for the appropriate (double-length) time.
