photo help needed

we are a newish couple not meeting often.

He tends to take video of meets and then uploads screen shots through the capture feature on macbook

photos now being rejected as screenshots, is there a way around this i.e changing file format?

please help...

Screenshot with Mac shortcut Shift+Command+3. Then open up the resulting file in Preview or whatever package you want, crop and export as a jpeg.

ok, great...just done that but can't upload any now as up to 15 limit but will try tomorrow...but, your view is jpeg format is accepted by moderators?

I'm not sure but I've got a few play pics on the couples profile and that's how I got them since himself hates having his photo taken. No issues with them to report.
