Hi all.. I have unread messages at the top of my screen. However when I go to my mailbox there are no unread messages.

Since the number has increased from 1-3 assuming no mail coming to my inbox.

I've contacted admin. But if they replying by mailbox ill not get the message. Anyone else having problems?

Try clearing your cookies and cache on web browser then log back in

are you sure that they have just not dropped off the bottom of the page ? delete a few and see

Sorted it... very oddly some old messages had become unread....so yes were down at the bottom.... Thank you km
