Unblocking mutual blocked profiles

We have someone on our block list who has also blocked us but their not showing up on our list I presume because they've blocked us aswel. Wed like to unblock them but not sure how if their not showing up?

If you have mutually blocked then they will show on your list still. I know that if admin have blocked you from each other then you won't have them on your block list, otherwise they should show unless they have left the site.

Are you sure you have the name right?

Positive I have the name right, they have also said they can't find us and were not on their block list? When I do a search for their name it comes up with nothing aswel?

Sounds like Admin have put the block in place for some reason.

Sounds like one has reported the other at some point.

When admin block both parties because of this they don't appear on either block list
