I've been charged twice for the Site Supporter Charge of £5. I texted first and no response - No response? Then after a week I Phoned the Premium Number which worked a treat.. Later on in the day I received a text with a charge of £5. I now have been charged twice for the same upgrade.. What steps can i take to get £5. Reimbursed?

If you use the contact button on the site home screen you can contact admin directly and they can look into for you.
