My verifications have disappeared?

I have/had about 5 verifications, admittedly a couple were over one year old, but the others were more recent. Any thoughts?

It looks like the person who verified you has left the site. Were all your verifications from the same person?

Apart from them leaving the site verifications will also go if either of you has blocked each other
