broadband usage

hi all, my broadband usage is over 10GB a month and i'm wondering if all the time i spend on this site and maybe in the chat rooms is mainly the cause?

any thoughts appreciated... ;o)

Especially the new chat room cams.

Not sure if your referring to home broadband or mobile (as both types can have limits) but you can probably download a usage monitor to check usage. Run it when your in chat for an hour, see what it shows.

Yes cam's use it up also flash adverts and games can be greedy to.

We are on a dongle and get 8gig a month and manage to make it last the month quite well now, no downloaing films though

thanks guys, i listen to spotify a lot and have spent time in the cam rooms and its 10 to 15 GB per month..i think i'm spending too long in here!!!
