Go to My Account, where it says "your account isnt verified' and there is a link there

thanks for your help-as you can see i am already verified but the reason i asked is because someone who isnt was asking in a chatroom and it got me to wondering how i done it

now i will be able to tell someone how when they ask and thanks again
