For the last few days I've been trying to verify a couple but its just not working?

I'm not using the same internet connect as them. I'm using both my phone and laptop. I've tried both my home internet and my mobile internet.. still not saving.

I've cleared my cookies and even tried different areas to where I live but still no luck.

I've reported it to admin but they keep coming back with the same answers. Why won't it work?

Are the couple in your age range?

Are you in there age range?

Are you on their friends list?

These factors can stop a verification going through.

What message if any, are you getting when you try to verify and it doesn't go through

Yes. They have verified me. They live on the other side of town so no way are we using the same connection. I've never had this problem before!

Have you asked them if they've received it? They may have and just not displayed it yet.

They show their verification summary so it would show on their profile - mins/hours ago if it worked.

They and you need to check filters.

Do you fit into the age range displayed on their profile and vice versa? If not then the age filters will need to be changed to allow the verification to go through.

Have you added each other as friends?
