It is not possible to unverify anyone unless it was a fake very and you didn't actually meet them. You can make the wording disappear from their profile by blocking them but it will still remain on their veri count.

They won't do this unless its a fake veri i.e. you didn't actually meet, because a veri is basically used to say yes the person is real rather than anything else.
