Can anyone help us understand our verifications please? Our summary says we have been verified by 21 people yet we only have 17 published verifications and that is all that's available to us? Confused as to where the other 4 have disappeared to?

They have left the site and deleted there account so the actual verification they write disappears, but the count remains as a sign of how many you have met

I think that anyone has has blocked, or been blocked, since leaving a veri will also be included in the count.
