Problems when in Directing room can only see a very small part of other webcams

When having a look at Directing room webcams can only see a very small part of the top of the webcam for other user people in room have suggested clicking on the + button but we are unable to see even this control can you possibly please advise us how to fix this problem or what the problem is please

not had this problem,but have had it with the chat window,sometimes it fits the whole screen and when i minimze it it goes too small,have you tried to minimze the whole page then resize it,just a tought
