How can I report a profile of someone who has blocked me?

Yes it does. Click on profile then either click on menu above right (if on mobile version) or look on the left (if on desktop version) and the option is still there.

I don't think Admin would ban or suspend a profile, based on only one report. If they did, this would be open to abuse, from people who were annoyed at being turned down for a meet. However, I'm sure that if several people reported the same profile for the same thing (i.e. arranging a meet and not turning up) then the cumulative effect would lead to Admin taking action.

It depends what you want to report; if its a member, click either through a message or via their profile, anything else, click contact at the bottom of the page
