If someone has hidden their profile, it is from all users so no one can see if, not just specific users.

For blocking, the only way to know if for you to try to access their profiles. Obviously if they have blocked you it is for a reason so no real use having a list for it as you'll never know why anyways.

Best not to worry about it...Blocked for whatever reason won't change the fact that people have decided you aren't for them...
