Are there any rules about copying someone's profile text? There's someone who's copied my profile and changed a few words!

Copying anything that someone writes is against copyright rules in general.

I'd report them.

Under the "fair use" rule of copyright law, a Person may make limited use of another persons work without asking permission. Fair use is based on the belief that anybody is entitled to freely use portions of copyrighted material. The fair use privilege is perhaps the most significant limitation on a copyright owner's exclusive rights.

If they have changed it to suite themselves then I doubt there is much you can do about it.
