Hi.

There's someone in my area who keeps sending abusive transphobic messages. I report him, he gets removed (or he deletes his account) then creates a new one and does it again.

Is there no IP blocking functionality on this website to keep people like this away?

Difficulty is ip addresses can be changed so easily and so many ways to get around it , it's not as easy as block ip.
