i had trouble texting my renewal earlier today

i sent SWING to the number given and didnt hear anything for over an hour

so i sent another message to the same number

still not heard anything and went on your web help site

as i dont have a land line i decided not to use the phone as an alternative and that i would wait and sort it another time

but just now i have had two text messages with two separate codes for renewing my membership

does this mean i have been charged twice? if so can i just have siliver membership extended instead of a refund?

Yes. If you enter the two seperate codes it should give you two silver or gold supporters worth.

If you have any problems with it there is a link from the CONTACT button at the bottom of the page that you can send to Admin.....if you do need to use this, give Admin the phone number you used and the text codes you recieved.
