I am trying to block an abusive couple and have pressed block but it doesn't seem to be working. They have hidden their profile and I have reported the abuse but I canny seem to block them???? Confused

If they have not blocked you try blocking from a previous message of theirs if you cant do on their profile

you can also block them if they have hidden their profile with the menu button on there if using a mobile app
