My partner has a profile and has forgotten her password she has pressed the reset password link but the reset password doesn't arrive at her email account please someone help! She is photo verified xx

To be fair, it depends on if they can help with things like this as it is our own doing, having said that, can she get onto the profile? Is the password stored and she can get on that way? Or she can't get on at all ?
