I can no longer delete pictures I've sent in messages to people. Does anyone know how to get this option back? Thanks

Hi I've just tried to upload some black/white photos which were took by a professional photographyer which I paid for and your rejecting them as you think they are screenshot! No they are not. The guy who took them if he's still on here is a guy called bedfordboner who is also on my facebook friends list (obviously thats not his name on facebook!) I would appreciate it please if you will allow these photos to be reinstated onto my profile please as you have made a mistake. Much appreciated.
