I got a mail today from someone i know I've previously blocked, it's not a new account and there's no record of him having mailed me before but I know for sure he has.

Is there a glitch?

Once blocked they should remain blocked. Maybe something admin should sort?

Mail blocks should stay blocked, I think it is just when in chat that sometimes a block unblocks ( if you have many people blocked )

I would send the name of the person to Admin from the contact button and they can check to see if everything is working as it should

We have males blocked as we got serious amount of mail but we got three mails from single men . So maybe something is up :/

My blocks last exactly 12 months, then out of the bluemail they contact me again. Deffo not new profile as it will say I mailed them one year ago.

If any contact is made then the message filters don't apply so if I respond to someone, they can message me in a year even if the filters would usually prevent them
