chat room freezing

why does the chatroom keep freezing then restarts after about 10 seconds been doing it now for weeks

Same probs keep freezing then going before you can chat its freezing cams and room chat all started when I went to fibre b band Cpl of weeks now o well ,

yes same problem here with the chat and cams freezing, we noticed it after the last windows update (windows 8.1) keep up the good work admin.

Same here using internet explorer 11 windows 8.1 cams and room freezing never use to, but if I go into a room watching the same cam with a few people in don't have a problem with the cam works fine.

we using the same as gs300 and have tryed google chrome as well, still frezze's starting to get fed up with it all. Expect better then this

When you say it freezes do you mean chat totally stops updating?

hi, the problem we have is the chat stops then restarts and flys of the screen try to go back up to read but the auto scroll takes it back to the last post..lov to be able to turn off the auto scroll, not worred about the cams stopping as most are just wanking anyway.... google chrome..win7..connie x

Did try chrome and was doing the same, and when it does freeze it stops updating and you can not input any text if you are chatting with somebody until it unfreezes and it acts as normal and does fly up the screen to the last input in the chat room and also in the pm message hope this helps. x

have now tried google crome and i.e still the same problem chat rooms freeze and when typing text page locks up getting to be a waste of time going in rooms
