I have active filters on my account but people outwith my preferred age range seem to be getting through ????

Are you sure under active filters you have they must be aged between x and y?

A couple of possibilities;

If you have mailed them before, even to say no thanks then message filters won't apply.

If you have winked them then they can mail you.

Or unlikely, they changed their age to get round a filter, but they can only change it once stops people getting around filters.

Other than that I dunno, it could be a glitch, Fab has been a bit irritatingly glitchy recently.

if a couple message you as long as one of the couple is in your age range it will get through

Unfortunately true, I think that both of the couple should be within your age range to be able to message.

The filters are definitely there .. 35 to 49 yet 20 year olds keep getting through ! Maybe it is just a glitch ...
